about 5 weeks ago this bird was just a tiny day old chick and now here she is stretching her wings and getting strong and ready to leave her home. I have tried to keep a record of the growth and survival of these geese of which all together there are 4 adults and 7 babies. this is one of many pictures taken in all kinds of weather this summer.
