@dahliaambrose Hi Dahlia sorry to bother you and hope you are well .. I just wanted to ask is an F4 lens any good for astrophotography , i am currently looking at buying a new wide angle lens mainly for landscapes i have been reading reviews trying to pick the correct Lens for Landscape work that allows me to use screw on ND Filters but at the same time i was looking to shoot star trails and some other night sky images .. i am just trying to find out if you know of any lens that could cover my three WANT’S which are Wide angle , screw on filters and some astro work .. I know you like shooting the night sky and i know you understand a fair amount on the subject the lens i have been looking at is the Nikon 12-24mm f4G ED-IF AF-S DX Zoom-Nikkor … Is F4 an option for night sky ? On crop sensor Nikon ..thank you for any advice 🙂
