A good still can still tell a short movie length story if it grabs your imagination. Also a photo can have an immediate and long lasting impact visually and emotionally. You have to use pause and find the frame to do that in video.
Just interested… has troublezone done any work with DSLR video yet?
We use high end HD video cameras. We have three and a couple of SD backups. All of us own DSLRs but they can’t do the leval of video our customers demand. Check out my Photo Blog, http://davidarice.tumblr.com/, I uploaded a sample video today.
