Love the colors. I prefer deep woods for camping but in this environment, the beauty of the land is so much appreciated.

Allows Edits? YesThanks RG, This is the Winter Campgrounds, in the Summer we’re in the Cloud Peak National Forest, or buried in the Absorka Range near Togwotee Pass, too much snow and way to windy and brutally cold in the winter at 9000 feet in the Woods.

Allows Edits? YesThanks Anne, we had the usual Suspects Around, Bison , mule deer, antelope, coyotes, eagles, hawks, crows, Sage sparrows, elk, rabbits, and a mountain lion, Hiking is better in the winter though, no insects and the snakes and bears are hibernating.

Allows Edits? YesThanks Dahlia, That is sage brush in the foreground, it is sort of a greenish turquoise color when seen close up.
