Any tips on a better way to crop this?

  There is a large border around the butterfly of basically the same stuff that is in the picture. I just put it in the middle…but there are probably better things to do!

  I would select an 8X10 landscape crop box then slide far left putting the butterfly to the far right and sort of centering the flowers that are in sharp focus. It would follow the rule of thirds that way.

  I think the narrow depth of field means the eyes are out of focus unfortunately.

  Not much to do with this photo because the focus is not there on the butterfly where it should be. Sorry.
