I love this set @hank but the water is my favorite.

Yeah, I have to agree with Stephanie on this one. The waterfall is a cracker, though I am a total sucker for long exposure waterfalls.

It’s a nice place to visit, but it seemed like a hard life if you lived out of the city.

I was on Military Bases, one Near the City of Cordova, the other very north and very remote.
I do Still have Family in Anchorage, most folks that live in the bush wouldn’t know the difference between a hard or easy life, it’s just life to them.
I’m assuming you were on a tour , I wonder if they told you Denali is the native name for Mt. Mckinley, It Means “Great One”, there is lot’s of native lore born of that area.

Another mountain range really should have wrote all the names down

The Tuqashi in the Denali, another nice Shot Hank. Tuqashi means “Things that Fall into Water”, from all the Rock Slides. Tokosha was the name given by Cook, which meant “Treeless” Which is the Difference between Living there and visiting there. I should stop playing tour guide.

@robertapple I enjoy your commentary as the “tour guide”.  You have a vast knowledge base and it really helps bring additional meaning to the photos.
