  skipped out on florida a little early, missed a few places where i was hoping to see an owl or two. stopped at the refuge in the 30 minutes between work and sunset on thursday and found this big guy.

  Nice Catch Beth, owls are my nemesis, every time I see one its on the wrong side of the sun and severely back lit.

  Beautiful photo of a beautiful bird Beth. Looks like he’s shying away and that soft golden light on its side is beautiful. I rarely get to see or photograph them 🙂
