Lovely to see you got one of these beautiful birds . we don’t have that many here so it is always nice to see , I like this one , for me Elin i personally like the colour one mostly , but both do look good .. If i had to pick one it would be color but i am sure others will pick the mono it has lovely tones across the frame.

color with this crop.  if you take off a good portion of the bottom (2/3s of the grass) then i’d go with b&w for a minimalist look.

The yellow flowers in the colour version make the image pop, Elin. I love the colour version more, but the black and white looks good too – more like a minimal shot 🙂

My vote would be for Beth’s crop suggestion on the coloured version. The near field grass doesn’t add much IMHO, but the yellow with the blue sky works well. The unusual aspect ratio would be a plus I think.
