This is the Covid Test Center where I currently work. We are open 7 days a week but last Sunday we were closed because the weather made driving too dangerous (Icy roads) and public transport did not run either. (Most of us don’t own 4×4’s).
I had to work with a few of my colleagues making sure our temporary facility would not collapse under the pressure of the snow. This is my colleague making his way back after we fixed a fence that came apart and blew away. Fahrenheit 5.OnePlus 8, No editing.

I am not much on LS. Work and Covid. I fully recovered. How are you doing?
Yes, these days are extremely Cold in the Netherlands. Minus 20 C at some places. Most of the Amsterdam Canals are no go area’s for boats, so they can freeze up. (Since the lockdown, all commercial vessels were anyway banned from the canals.) So maybe there will be some skating….-
Hi Erik good to hear from you. I am better. I got my first vaccine shot yesterday. I think I remember the ice covered canal because of the sound it made when you threw stones onto it. When the ice formed it crowned just a bit from expansion and pressing against the sides. This left a small air cushion between the ice and the water. The sounds it made was very unique and I really enjoyed it. As an ex-hockey player skating is always welcome!! good to hear from you.
