    You got me Diane , though I’ve heard Scholars come up with lots of nonsensical descriptions, It’s probably something a long ago Shoshone Medicine Man saw in a peyote induced dream walk.

  It was at the base of a rock wall covered in petroglyphys here in Wyoming, Called Legend Rock.

    These you can go right up to, I have been to many Sites such as this and the busier ones are often fenced off.
