Hello from England – Light Stalking

  Hi, gonna make this brief cos its 6:30 am and I just woke up in my recliner.
  
  My name is Larry, I live in north east England and I’m 59 years old with myeloma, hence the sleeping arrangements!
  
  I’ve been into photography since I was about 10 when I was given a Kodak Instamatic 177x with 127 film and weird flash cubes.
  
  Along the way I’ve had a Zenit TTL with extension tubes with with which I explored the dark world of macro, Then I had a minolta x300, then a Canon EOS300 (my first AF camera), then a Canon 10D (first digital) followed by a Canon 30D and now I have a Canon 5D mk ii.
  
  I’ve not done much photography of late (life, dog, other stuff) but I hope to get back into it soon. At the moment I do a lot on my smartphone, which out performs most of those other cameras I’ve had!
  
  I love macro, nature, landscape and abstract photography.
  
  That’s pretty much me in a nutshell, along with my obsession with musical instruments!

      Interesting, I’ve made and played them for years using tree branches and following the natural curves, inlaying imperfections in the wood with natural stones.
