I photograph landscapes and people and mostly anything … just as long as it is in front of the lens and looks good
My images are from Australia, New Zealand and Asia – this all started with my fascination watching my father in the darkroom …Now to figure out how to upload an image …

Welcome @fotowerner! Looking forward to see pics / critique from you! Uploading is reasonably straightforward – just remember that the Comments in the Upload screen do not automatically get carried forward to your Post’s Comments so if your exif data is in there, copy & paste it to your post description.

thankyou all for your words of welcome and pointers to uploading images.
I found the “Album” link and was able to browse to an image file, but pressing the “Upload photo” button merely led to my browser showing “Connecting…” for a minute or so before giving up the battle.
Are there file/pixel size (or any other) restrictions on images to be uploaded – I found that same question on an old forum post at http://www.lightstalking.us/forums/topic/how-to-upload-share-a-photo/ but no answer there.
Are there restrictions on browsers that work with Light Stalking? I guess if I can’t use Pale Moon (a variant of Firefox) then I won’t be able to continue.
PS I registered here yesterday mainly with the idea of participating in the shark tank – I’m not really the chatty type to be getting too involved in other forums – hopefully that’s ok.
regards
Werner
