  I’m new and I’m getting brain damage from trying to post an image here.Have flickr account but posting from there doesn’t work. This looked like a great site too. I’ve been through the FAQs on here about posting from flickr but nothing works.

  @gregory-2 You need to click on the “share photo” button that is at the bottom right to your image on Flickr

  In the box that pops up, make sure you are on the share tab. Copy the share code from there and paste it here. That should display your image from Flickr here without any problem. Hope this helps 🙂

  So I experimented a bit with your above post to get your photo to show and see your trying to share from Amazon, the site uses Amazon Web Services for photo hosting but I don’t know of a direct integration, it can be done but it is a bit complicated. I can provide instructions if you like.
  
  The user name link is auto generated by WordPress, don’t have much control over that, however what shows as your ID on line will be what you chose.

  @gregory-2 I have had a look at your account. While creating the account, you have chosen the username as “gregory” and nickname as “1gregory1”
  
  The usernames are the ones that are displayed on your profile link address ( https://lightstalking.us/members/gregory-2/ ) and this username is used while tagging the user. The nickname displays here below your avatar.
  
  Since there was already a user with the username “gregory” on the system, and you requested for your username to be “gregory” the system automatically changed your username to “gregory-2” to avoid duplicates.
  
  You can always go into your account -> settings tab -> change username tab and change your username to “1gregory1”
