Kick it, girl!

While waiting for the cross country race to pass my location, this little girl in her dress raced up and down the soccer (football) patch, kicking the ball, her hair flying in the breeze. I loved the contrast–girlie girl dress up and full on athlete activity. I spoke to her Mother who confirmed her enthusiasm, offered her any pictures that turned out. She hasn’t contacted me yet.

Oh, what? Absolute perfect timing. The shoe flying off is just part of that perfect story. Looks like you took this in the late afternoon too, so the lighting is very nice as well.

Actually, late morning. Slightly underexposed and warmed the white balance in post. But yeah. I’m sorry Mom hasn’t reached out to ask for the pictures.
