Thanks all. These sorts of scenes can be difficult. They’re rather busy and finding a center of interest can be difficult. The title though says what I could extract.

This area has a very large flat set of boulders in the river. Pretty easy access and can be very busy with sunbathers, fishing, children looking for frogs and tadpoles. There are 2 benches up in the shaded area that are very welcoming with a nice view of the river. No place to lay down but I think you might be able to string a hammock between the trees.

Here’s a view from the bench, looking toward the river. I meant to get the bench itself in sharp focus. I love empty benches.

I think I actually prefer the bench photos – maybe test slightly wider on those though it’s hard to tell with that shrubbery on the left. With that big said the lighting of your very first shot here is going to be hard to beat.
