Allows Edits? YesThese are cute Daniel, In a lot of places in the south though, Photographing a squirrel might be considered playing with your food.

Allows Edits? YesRobert, I laughed aloud when I read your comment! Where I grew up in Virginia, lots of neighbors hunted and ate squirrel. Not my favorite taste…..

Allows Edits? YesNice photos made better by the contrast of being inside, enjoying the view.
Just to be clear, squirrel is hardly ever a feature of Southern cuisine. My country cousins used to shoot them but not for food. Some refer to them as Tree Rats–pests.

Allows Edits? YesI’ve had a roast squirrel dinner in Louisiana and desert was a paste made from partially digested nuts from the squirrels stomach mixed with sugar, granted that was 40 years ago, but it really wasn’t all that bad.

Allows Edits? YesQuestion for the group.
The last 2 images are the “same”, B&W | Color. If this would be “photo story layout”, like in a magazine. What are you thoughts on switching a color layout series to the last image in B&W? -

Allows Edits? YesWith such a muted color pattern as the back ground and the squirrel being the only appreciable color, I don’t see an advantage to going with black and white, that color scheme makes for a very natural focal point.

Allows Edits? YesDaniel, I love the lone leaf and the squirrel. The squirrel images are wonderful. I especially like the 2 with their arms folded in. I think you captured a juvenile in its first winter – thin, scruffy tail.
