Allows Edits? YesThese are very cool, mate. I immediately had flashbacks to some of David Chesterfields old photos where he was experimenting with this type of imagery. He used it to go from a solid photographer to an exceptional one.

Allows Edits? YesFirst set: I feel like I’m looking at busy creatures through a microscope, which I love to do on the internet. Do you have the similar set-up to what David Chesterfield used? I recall from photos of his set-up that it was elaborate. (I don’t know how to do these.) Also love your second set, esp. #2 composition.

Allows Edits? YesNo Anne, It was surprisingly simple, I had a bowl of water some cooking oil and a pad with patterns on bright underneath. Camera on tripod looking down. that was pretty much it. messed around with setting on camera. It was a lot of fun! The wire fire was an old metal food whisk with wire wool on an old dog lead. Then someone not afraid of fire to Wizz it around. Camera on a tripod with a long exposure. first wire one was ISO 80 36mm f/7 15.0 seconds. The second one was ISO 100 32mm f/10 6 seconds.
