Quite by accident, I once discovered that eating an almond nut and ripping off a piece of that onion to throw in with it is an exquisite taste sensation.

I think I’m going to have to try that, Rob. I buy the almonds all the time and then roast them in the oven myself. It gives them a much more robust flavour.
