Here we are at Mill Creek Lake in Kentucky’s Natural Bridge State Resort Park. I just love the bright colored boats against the fall colors! This is one of my few “landscape” photos. The boats were removed years ago.

Allows Edits? YesI like how you lined up the row of boats to center in the light pole at the shore line, reminiscent of a set of goal posts.

Thanks, Robert! I believe that alignment was a complete accident. I was more concerned about placing the trees behind the dock a near a 1/3 vertical.

Sounds Great, Rob! I will probably retire in few years. I’m been thinking about a trip “down under.” I wonder if you know someone who offers photo excursions?

Hi John, the colours do look really good in front of the autumn trees.

Thanks, Diane! I lived in Kentucky for 17 years. Natural Bridge State Park was one of my favorite destinations. Somehow, this was one of few “wide shots” I took. Instead, I was looking for the small scenes I often find attractive. This image was taken that same day.
