  When prompted towards emotion rather than shape, shadows are generous and behave extremely well for layering up drama within a scene. Among the images shared, one got my attention not for the drama or the complexity but for the storytelling aspect of it. Personally, this one perfectly qualifies as a motivational rather than emotional. It overarches several emotions by crunching down the premise of “be or not to be”, and there’s also something universal about the juxtaposed pieces as well. It’s pretty clear for the audience that these two correspond to very distinct levels of power; yet, pawn’s limitations are sufficient to corner out the symbolically powerful king.
