When storytelling and technique collide; that’s how i describe this frame. The quality from the compositional layers speak right and true about Patrick’s visual mastery.

Misty landscapes are a style and genre by themselves, and this one builds from a set of precise photographic decisions. Amidst the hazy nature of the overall tonal range, we still have crispy texture on the foreground.

Great example of how to combine rule of thirds with organic lines; not to mention the storytelling complexity derived from the human element punching the scene.
