I rarely take cellphone shots due to handshake, but I like the dark pilings in this one that contrast with the water, cloudy sky & colorful buildings. They’re not as clear as I would have liked. Here’s the original (although I think I cropped it a little). Any suggestions for post-processing?

Interesting image though probably something primarily interesting to other photographers. The general public just doesn’t see the say way.
If it were mine, I would probably raise the black tones at the bottom of the pilings a bit. I would definitely do a selection on the sky, raising the highlights and lowering the shadows and blacks to create more texture and drama up there. Of course, that’s based on the tools I use and the way my display is set. Yours may vary.
If handshake is a problem even in bright light, you could carry a tripod with a phone holder attached. Of course, if you’re going to go to that trouble, you’d probably just carry your camera around.

Thanks for your suggestions on the pilings & sky, Steve. I’ll definitely try them out. As for the handshake with my cell phone, this trip was the first time I used it exclusively as I was hardly able to walk with some unexpected severe leg pain. I had taken my 5-lb DSLR for my trip, but I was challenged enough with walking and to even think of juggling a 5 lb camera was painful. It stayed in my bag the whole time. Oh well, I did the best I could with my cell & figured it didn’t hurt to get some practice with it.
