  Many years ago I earned a degree in Fine Arts Photography from a midwestern university. In some ways it improved my photography, but in others it seems to have stifled some of my original creativity. I’m working to regain that, starting over again with basic concepts like composition and understanding why an image invokes (or fails to) a specific feeling.
