It’s well exposed and clear, and I know you don’t have control over it, but the cars do nothing for the shot. Because they are closer to the viewer they rob far too much attention from the building.
An alternative might have been to try shooting later during the day with an ND on and taking a long exposure that blurs the cars passing, creating a sense of movement. Of course that would be a totally different shot… -

Hi Robbie…at an educated guess this is hdr with toadhollow preset…..its a good look at the ordinary in a different way

Hi @falx it is HDR but it’s not @toadhollow presets. I’m not even sure if they are available for download? Thank you so much for you’re comment
