Still Playing with B&W

This is a rock formation called Devil’s Head, near Castle Rock south of Denver. I liked the cloud formation, but it wasn’t working well in color, so… Away I went.

Awesome clouds, you’re right! Perhaps raise the shadows a bit over the mountains to extract more detail?

Hi Bruce.  I agree with Tobie about the dark mountains.  Mask off the clouds so you do not brighten them.  Just the lower portion of your pic.  Great clouds.
