Interesting choice on your part to leave this uncropped. The wall on the left and the foreground shadows gives me a sense of your lurking while a crop that reduces the foreground would focus attention on the “waiter”. The result makes him larger (less anonymous and a “type” rather and person) and reduces your presence as observer. That choice would provide a very different feeling. Both are valid. Just different.

Glad you like mate , i was trying to keep as much texture on the foreground as i could by keeping the wall on the left side trying to keep those arches on the other side i mean 3 is always better than 2 i think.

Thank you very much Diane , this last while back i have missed lots of shooting days , the strong sunlight always makes it a bit easier to find high contrast mono images , just too hot to be walking about in it for long.

We have the Fleadh  the world’s biggest celebration of traditional Irish music and culture is coming to Belfast Sunday 2nd – Sunday 9th August with 800,000 visitors this year and next 🙂 i have been saving myself for that all year just hope we get lots of good weather because there will be lots of music getting played all over from street corners to little alleyways and side streets.
