I have an old Russian 35mm film camera called a Horizon 202. The lens is mounted in a rotating barrel that turns to gradually expose the film. It’s quite a quirky thing, and people reactions to it are hilarious (it is clockwork, so it makes quite a loud wining noise). The negatives end up being around 24x58mm!
Here’s a favourite from my trip to Sri Lanka back in 2010.

My weekend world is full of wide angles and natural panos.
A wild storm came over us out of nowhere this past weekend, just before sunset, and I loved it for the dark and brooding skies and colour. Here I caught a boat, racing across the bay, trying to make it to a destination before the oncoming fury engulfed us.

Here’s another look at an oncoming storm over our Lake Ontario summer place. We all stood on the beach and enjoyed the view before taking shelter! (NOTE: Our cottage is on a sandbar that separates the bay from the lake…so we have views of both bodies of water, from the front or back of our buildings. The other photo I posted is on the bay side; this one is on the lake.)
