I thought this looked humorous enough to de-glove and pull out my phone for a picture. It reminded me of the movie WALL-E. It looked like it was peaking over the partition. Usually it is facing the opposite direction.

These two always bring a smile to my face or often a belly laugh. Like you, GrayB, I’m finding it hard – even with FaceTime etc. One of the boys’ little habits is to “rub noses” – or squish them as the case may be. I hope you can see the love they have for each other.

Every kid should have the chance to build a snow cave. Growing up in the South, I can only remember one storm with enough snow. My dad helped me build it. My kids got their chance when we lived in Rhode Island after the blizzard of ’96.

Having her(?) around would make me smile. Does she live loose in the house or does she have a cage?

Thanks Diane. The cage is used only for sleeping or trips to the vet. Her wings are intact and she has plenty of space to fly in, but it poses a challenge regarding open doors, windows etc. She is very social and takes part in almost every aspect of our lives at home. Keeping birds as pets is not my thing, I find it wrong from animal welfare point of view. She became ours by accident about 10 years ago. Now I can not imagine life without her πŸ™‚
