@elax    Wow, Elin.   Very powerful image.  The skin/hide has this amazing glossy appearance.  Was this taken in winter?   Much of the body looks like charcoal.  The sky fits the mood.   A whole new connotation to ‘still life’   as in “be still, life”

Great lines, David.  I especially like the lighting and angles and splash of color from the pick on the 1st one.  Is it a guitar?   I’ve never seen tuning pegs off to the side like that, but I’m not a guiarist.

Thanks, Anne. It is a Parker guitar mahogany with a carbon fiber skeleton contoured to fit the body. Plays like a dream when stood up but digs in a bit sat down.
