The Gateway in the Financial District of San Francisco. A slanted view was edited in Lightroom (Lr) then turned CCW, sent to NIK Silver Efex Pro 2, and finally cropped in Lr.

Thank you Pat. This was done in Lightroom by changing the Profile lens to something with a very wide angle and distorting it. I also used a bit of Transition to tweak it a bit more.

A true sense of scale. Wow. Do you remember how many panels for the vertical pano. Just curious.

Thank you Pat. I don’t remember the exact number but it would have been around six. It was all handheld because tripods were not allowed. Since it was the 17th anniversary of 9/11, the floor was cleared of all the sales booths. That meant I had nothing to brace myself on. I took a deep breath and let it out. The line of upper windows has a bit of a wiggle to them. I tried to align them but never got it entirely right.
