Hi Pat, it’s made of knives …’ The Knife Angel is a contemporary sculpture formed of 100,000 knives created by artist Alfie Bradley and the British Ironworks Centre, based in Oswestry, England. To highlight knife crime.

Sterling shot Patrick. What is the name of this bird ?

Thank you very much Elin , this is the barn swallow i took this picture at lough neagh a couple of years ago during summer they enjoy open countryside where flying insects are plentiful. They can often be seen around open water too. As autumn approaches, large groups of Swallows often congregate on overhead wires and in reedbeds before heading south, back to Africa.

This one was sitting on an old barbed wire fence that slowly disappears into the lough
