Besides the reflection challenge of course?

I am still playing around with my bellows and to be honest, having a lot of trouble. Managed to get this random bug – I have no idea what he is, but he was very cute and co-operative – he sat still for at least a couple of minutes which was nice. All of the other bugs I found were quite wriggly but I was shooting in the afternoon so that’s understandable.

I had really hoped for a chance this weekend, but alas I had to work all weekend so we didn’t get out. Sometimes for us the weekends are busier than the weekdays it seems lately…

@greatgreats – Nice shot, but I can’t make out what the spider is eating? What is that thing?

@olivares – Wow! Tell us more! What were you shooting on? You must have the patience of a saint.

Thanks admin….It was taken in the Retiro park in Madrid. It was difficult, because she continually appeared and disappeared. Up, down, to the left….right….aaghhh…. She was friendly, but today i have a sore throat for the cold I caught.

I’m working on a top secret project. Okay well not really top secret. My weekends are spent hiking and photographing the Bruce Trail here in Ontario. You can check out some of the pictures on my blog, http://www.susandavidphotography.wordpress.com
I’m still rifling through the pictures from the weekend but hopefully the new posts will be up by the weekend.

Spent the weekend at Port Campbell..what an amazing place (even if it was blowing a gale). This photo of the Grotto was one of my favorites.

I spent Sunday on the Niagara River “hunting” for ducks. I got some interesting shots. The weather was too cloudy for really great pictures, but I did add a new species to my birdwatching Life LIst. Here’s a pair of Hooded Mergansers.

Hi, This is another from Port Campbell. For those of you who don’t know Aus, Port Campbell is on the southern coast of Victoria. It is an area famous for shipwrecks and the 12 Apostles. This is what they look like.12 Apostles-2010
