      Flip the image vertically and crop out the hot spot. You’ll be off-center, rule of thirds composition.
      May work!

        If you are shooting into the sun with a polarizer, the filter would act as a neutral density (ND) filter as the sun must be at 90* off axis to provide true polarizing effects. Having said that, I like the image.

          Crop………..the area in the top and top right, pulls the eye away from the main interest. Would be OK to loose some of the “high-hanging” fruit in the crop.
          I personally do not believe the exposure is undercooked. Somewhere between the original and the fix would work for me.
          If shot in RAW (anything) add a slight bit of exposure and sharpen the center area, will help fade the perspective.

            Also, crop from left side up to block/building and include the light standard, barely.

              Consider cropping the silhouette foreground by perhaps two-thirds from the bottom. Use as a strong bottom/base to the image. To me, this photo is about the graphis against the sky. Less competition with the sky may provide different feel.
