I feel that the houses, the tugboats and the barge are the really interesting parts of this image – I would have suggested framing a little wider and/or to the right to include the white tugboat. The white car is a bit distracting – I wonder if you could have hidden it by choosing a slightly different shooting position.

Thanks for the feedback guys. This campaign is really trying for some crisp, arresting sharpness, but I will also look into softening it up a bit.
The dark foreground is also intentional to provide background for text and graphics (starting with the logo as it is)
Maybe it could use a bit of burn, and I definitely agree about the flash on…[Read more]

Compositionally, the tree branch in the top- middle of the frame is quite distracting from the very strong left to right curve you have going in thge silhouette. It pulls away much of the strength of the main building, as well as interrupting the otherwise “empty” negative space in the sky.

Canon T3i, 18mm (kit lens), on-camera flash dialed down a couple stops.
(The watermark is actually part of the image, a design for an online campaign.)
