This is one image of a series of an elderly gentleman making maple syrup in his hand built sugar shack. He collected the sap from the trees on his property and rendered it into maple syrup. I spent the day with him, following his process. I eventually made a photo book out of the images, and gave him one to keep. I still have syrup from that day…[Read more]
