Your observation about the way i lit my sets is right (well done by the way) but for another reason: it’s because of space limitations of my ‘studio’

In my toolbox the cropping is one of the most powefull tool: I start and finish editing with it but sometimes I go too far …but it always the artistic choise.

and because of that I’d  cut about 1/4 from the river to make the sky the only subject…sorry it’s not a shark tank- but cannot resist…

The onion was added as a color spot to counterweight otherwise “bored” color pallet. Cheese/butter would serve the same role- good idea!
