This photo posted in the Shark tank titled #2051 by @valeryp IMHO is a five star photo.  it is one of my favorite photos of his.  It is well lit, the composition is great, the texture on the pasta along with the touch of flour makes this photo.  The story comes across so well that I want to go make some homemade pasta.

Question: when you do this style of picture, do you under-expose the image or do you start with a lower amount of available light in the room/on the subjects?
