Congratulations Pat! I too, enjoy the dominance of the framing and the opening at upper right just guides you right into the tree and the my eyes looked around at the detail of the boulders then the foreground led me back up into the tree…lovely image!

Thank you! The giraffes are very difficult to capture for they never stop moving and they do this odd chewing thing with their mouths constantly!

David’s image of the gorilla in b&w gave me the inspiration to switch this one over to b&w…not yet having a post processing system I was able to accomplish this using the program that pops up on my computer when I upload them in to my computer (it allows cropping and b&w conversion) realizing that processing is something I need to eventually get…[Read more]
