Hey! Yes you can upload to here first, and then follow your way to the HTML link, copy/paste that, and it’ll put the image inline.
If you have you image stored somewhere like Flickr, find how to Share from there, then find the HTML code, copy/paste that, and it till include your image in line.
The second option will work from any third party site that lets you share. And all cases allow you so add text so long as they are outside the HTML tags.
