Black and white, sepia, focal B/W ~ sounds good to me !

That actually looks more like a copper tone to me than sepia.. I like sepia to give photos an “old time” look.

Any of the above, depending on the comp and what you find gives the look you want. I like to use all of them, recently I have been experimenting with colour accent and some degree of IF (infrared). Winter shots should give me some new ideas to play with :0)
