Name Alan Mitchell, retired, have taken photos (snaps) for for many years. Always interested in other folks photographs. Difficult to say what influenced me. Probably Dorothea Lange and The Migrant Mother.Robert Doisneau and Cartier Bresson plus Bob Carlos Clark for his erotica. There are so many superb photographers. Amongst those more modern people I like Kirsty Mitchell (no relation) and the wildlife photographer, Laura Dyer (a distant relation)
I like taking architectural shots,inner city type “gritty” shots and some landscape work. Pretty useless at them all unfortunately – but I have fun trying.
