  I started taking photos when I was given a Tower dark-room kit for Christmas when I was 10. I was one of those nerdy guys who always had a camera in high-school and college shooting pix for the school paper and yearbook. Now I mostly shoot pictures for my own pleasure and to bore my friends with online. I am trying to start a business shooting real estate photos for realtors, but haven’t had a lot of luck so far. I’m looking forward to getting some constructive criticism of my photos and doing the same for others.

  Welcome, @MarkVL! I just started a business photographing for a couple of local realtors. I learned a lot here, which gave me the confidence to go forward.
