Hello, my name is Ray.
I see great photos in magazines and said “I want to do that!” I have taken photography seriously the last two years and have a great mentor to help me along. My interest is general, i.e. landscape, macro, portraits, etc. Also have taken courses. I have invested in books and magazines, software (LR and PS); an Epson hi-end printer, a Canon 60D and 5D MIII cameras, lenses, and lighting equipment. I have joined a local camera club which has a great program. I also subscribe to several online photography links which have great tutorials and tips. It’s great fun and have lots to learn. For now, it’s a hobby that I will take with me into retirement. Thank you.

All good ways to learn, keep going. Personaly think camera clubs are the best way. Nothing beats being able to talk to people.
