  Start out with Lightroom. It’s a slightly easier program to learn.

  @admin is right. And you’re going to do much more editing in LR than in PS (ap prox.80% vs 20%) – unless you’re a masochist, of course!

  I haven’t met an image yet, mine or otherwise, that didn’t need a touch here and there. Go for it. Get Lightroom, like the wise folks above mentioned. Plenty of tutorials out there to get you very competent in working with your images.
