Hello! I have been photographing since I bought me first Canon in Vietnam, 1965. I concentrated on travel and landscapes, but my real “hook” was attending a workshop in California and meeting Ansel Adams. I spent time in his home having coffee and talking darkrooms. In 1986 moved and gave up a wonderful darkroom.
Digital cameras gave me the opportunity to restart without a darkroom and I sold several landscapes before finding I had inherited a condition which keeps me indoors for the most part. I decided the Canon 5D was calling and I’m in a studio learning yet again. I know enough about portraiture to know it is very challenging and can be very satisfying!
I look forward to hearing from other photographers.
