Congrats Diane – a lovely shot.

The church is about 3 km from where I sit in the tower of the hospital. The zoom was about 300 mm, so it was not that much. The eruption looks quite big in the darkness although it is about 45 km from the town centre.

Reality is what happens when you are shooting the perfect reflection and then suddenly this guy comes along

Thanks Pat – it may look ok on small pics but compared to what you get out of real cameras this is not good. Maybe newer Iphones are better at low light.
