I agree with cropping at least half the tree out. You’ve captured all the detail there is in this bird so 1 stop over wouldn’t have helped much.The subject is a Turkey Vulture, not a Buzzard however. 🙂

I agree with the cropping comments but composition wise I would crop just above the lower barbed wire. I see the diagonal as leading into the frame. I agree that the post adds interest.
