Highlights are blown. Not sure what inclusion of the sky adds to the picture.
It emotes a quiet, calm emotion. In the spirit of this negative only forum – the picture doesn’t fill my monitor.
kBy cropping at the right edge of the rock vertically through the navigational aide or sailboat in the distance taking out the bright sea froth and softening the clouds on the right side of the picture my eye is comfortably taken to the light and highlight in the clouds at eleven-o-clock behind the light. But that is just me in my imagination as I haven’t tried the aforementioned.
Consider editing out the tree limb lying on ground behind the front legs of the animals. Eliminate the visual confusion at the tail end of the two deer, if possible.
This viewer’s eye moves to the waves and rock in the right lower quarter of the picture. Consider a crop removing part of the rock/sea and or a diagonal blur in the upper right portion of the frame.
You could considered removing or lightening the dog, taking the shot from a lower angle closer to the hedge on the left side of the road that would have increased visual depth by bringing the trees on the right side of the road into view and crop it square.
Wonderful use of HDR technique.
