Thank you…I haven’t worked on any post processing yet; wanted some comments to see where I needed to focus.
I know Dan…I really wanted to ask him to take it out, but it just felt wrong. Lol! I have one more. Let me pull it up.
@chrissiebee, I could not have done this without your help. I can now see what to look for and what to avoid. Thanks!!
@irene…thank you for the help. Think I’m getting the hang of it.
@chrissiebee, @irene, @dkinser Original reworked…don’t know if it helped. https://www.flickr.com/photos/132894569@N04/19187689684/in/dateposted/

Thanks….going thru other shots to see what I can salvage. Will also try cropping.
MikkiWelcome buddymoran!! I’m fairly new, also, but I can tell you that you will learn so much from this site. The challenges bring out creativity you never knew you had and the Shark Tank is a great way to grow and improve! Welcome aboard!

Thank you guys…this was my first attempt at taking a photo of a stranger with them knowing about it as I was talking to them. He was so shy, but this is a kid who is all boy and shows it
This week I was invited to tour Sapelo Island; a small barrier Island off the coast of GA. Once owned by R J Reynolds, the island is now owned jointly by the State of GA and the descendants of former Reynold’s slaves, who live in the small community of Hog Hammock. This is a child of the island with his net of fiddler crabs. https://www.flickr.com/photos/132894569@N04/19141686813/in/dateposted/
I love this! After spending the day protecting the home from mailmen, girl scouts, the occasional squirrel, and the cat next door, a quiet snooze on a cool floor is well deserved.
I would probably consider this one more of a portrait, except it is hard to find a space without clutter in a classroom. This is one of my favorites… he’s really putting a lot of thought into his work! https://www.flickr.com/photos/132894569@N04/19622922986/in/photostream/
