The trees at the top make a nice enough frame for the image, but the twigs in the foreground are overly distracting.
The shot may also have benefitted from a smaller depth of field so the central cow is in focus whilst the other cows are blurred. That might have negated the distraction of the twigs too, although I suspect that would need…[Read more]

The posts in the water provide for an interesting foreground subject, but two parallel lines they create draw your eye out of the frame and away from what I assume was intended to be the main subject – the skyline. Would there have been a way to recompose so that the lines lead your eye into the frame?

I think the vignetting is a little overdone… A touch can add to the image, but it works best when you don’t really notice it happening.
If you added it in post I would perhaps reign it back a bit. If it is a lens effect, you can add some vignetting correction in post pretty easily.
